Privacy
The personal information that we require in order to open an account with TuneSide is the minimum necessary to identify our members. We do not ask for, nor seek out by any other means, any other information. This information is not communicated to any third parties, and will be destroyed within a reasonable period once you close your account.
In conformity with French law, our databases are being declared with the French Data Protection agency, CNIL. We are currently waiting for the declaration number that will allow you to confirm this fact.
According to current legislation here in France, all IndyGo members have a right of access and rectification in relation to personal information that we may hold in our systems. You can access and change this information using the IndyGo advertising management system interface available at <http://access.tuneside.com/>.

Cookies in the IndyGo advertising management system
We use a cookie to control access to your account on the IndyGo advertising management system. This cookie contains no personal information and is automatically destroyed at the end of the session.
We also use a cookie to store your language preferences for your account. This cookie is set to last one month. Destroying this cookie should have no ill-effects on your experience of our site and system. Advertisements displayed on the IndyGo network do not place cookies on visitor’s computers when they are viewed. It is contrary to our Terms and Conditions to attempt to do so.
TuneSide will never send unsolicited e-mail. In order to respect current European legislation, e-mail will only be sent with your prior permission.
We will never communicate your e-mail to any third party, nor permit any third party to use our lists to contact you.
Logs
Our web site logs all visits. These logs include the time of the visit, the IP number that was used to connect to the site, the browser that was used, the file consulted, and the referring site, should this exist. At no moment do these logs collect personal information, and no attempt is made to link the logs to any personal information. The logs, if they are consulted at any point, are used solely for statistical purposes in order to understand how visitors use our site, and how we can improve matters.
